She wanted to feel confidence in her dream dress.
Before Sophie decided to hire me as her coach, she felt very anxious and overwhelmed at the thought of achieving her goal on her own.
She had no idea where to begin.
She didn’t know what type of training to do.
She didn’t know whether to track her calories or not.
She didn’t know whether to eat a low carb or low fat diet.
She didn't know how much protein to eat.
She didn't know what sort of foods to choose when doing her food shops.

However, Sophie made the best decision and that was to hire a coach to take away the guess work.
All the worry and anxiety completely disappeared now that she had me to make all those decisions!
To start with, Sophie attempted to log calories, however it just wasn’t for her. She found it tough to create the habit.
So, we made things super simple.
I gave her a step goal and a time-restricted eating window to hit each day.
I said to her that at each meal, a protein source needs to take up a third of her plate… and that’s it!
Focusing on these simple parameters along side 3 x resistance workouts a week gave Sophie sustainable motivation to achieve her goal leading up to her wedding.
As you can see from the photo, Soph dropped a vast amount of body fat.
She had an absolute blast on her big day, and a big part of that was down to feeling super confident in how she looked!
