This depends on your goal, training age and how many times a week you're training. On average, we will update and change up the workouts every 5-8 weeks

We will track your workouts via the coaching app. We’ll be able to see all your reps performed and weights used.

Every exercise within the app has a tutorial video attached. For every new training plan we will ask you to take 1 video of each exercise and send them over to your coach. This will allow us to give you video feedback on how you can improve.

We’ll first look to improve and tweak your nutrition habits (the repeated behaviours you do without much thought). After that, if we go down the calorie counting route, we will track what you eat via an app called Myfitnesspal or within the app that has a full meal tracking feature. If we don't go down the calorie tracking route, we will control your nutrition via the app.

Nope! Tracking your daily calorie intake is a very effective method for results like fat loss and muscle building, however it is also very time consuming and very hard to sustain. It is not for everyone. If tracking calories isn't for you then there are other methods to achieve significant results! Only around a third of our clients track calories…

On-the-go meals, food lists, supplements recommendations, snacks guide, breakfast examples, takeaway survival guide and custom made recipe books.

We will measure your progress through regular progress pictures, measurements and via the app.

Every week without fail! We offer two methods to check in with us each week. You can choose to either fill in an online form, or book in for a 10-minute call.

A Habit Builder is a private 1-hour Zoom session that you will have with your coach on a monthly basis. You come to this session with an aspiration/outcome that you want to work towards, for example, increase water intake, sleep better, lose body fat etc. Your coach will then take you through a series of tasks on the call to allow you to come up with specific new tiny behaviours that can help achieve this aspiration of yours. You leave each session with specific Habit Recipes that you can implement into your life immediately.

Absolutely! We will customise everything so that it matches where you're at in your health and fitness journey.

No, you do not need a gym membership. We have enough experience to programme very effective workouts with whatever equipment you have at home! However, if your goal is to increase muscle mass and you have no equipment at home, we highly recommend investing in some dumbbells, a barbell and a bench.

Nope! One of the great things about online coaching is that we can work together no matter where you are in the world!

Another great thing about online coaching is that your exercise can be done in YOUR own time. If the hotel has limited equipment, we will adjust your exercise routine accordingly.

Yes! We will work together to find a diet that works best for you, helping you overcome the deficiencies that can occur from eliminating dairy, meat and fish.
