“I’ve always been fairly sporty but had never even thought about how sleep could affect me.
Moving from school/university to a 9-5 job in London, sleep was becoming a problem. I made some small but substantial changes, guided by Tobias such as eating calories in a certain window and changing my pre-bed routine.
This has left me feeling much more energetic and less dependent on caffeine to keep me awake!”

“I’ve always put a lot into training but I’d got to an obsessive stage where I counted very calorie and stopped doing things I enjoyed for the sake of my weight. It had become my normal to say no to things. Also my regime wasn’t leading anywhere it was a constant state of stress.
Since I’ve worked with Toby I am a lot less hard on myself and have learned to go easier. I’ve also learned that you don’t have to starve yourself on super low calories to get results. I’ve learned to go easier and also learned to adapt to what works for me rather than sticking to a plan that makes me miserable.
My biggest Takeaway from this process is that getting in the shapes you want doesn’t have to be complicated or feel like a form of torture. Your wellbeing is more than just calorie counting and the gym. It’s about finding balance and a system that works for you.”

“I would say I am much happier that I’m stronger than I was before and feel more confident in the big lifts. I have definitely seen progress.
My digestion is way better than before. I was overeating protein and having now reduced my protein intake accordingly to my body’s needs has definitely mean’t my digestion is better. The gaps between eating have also allowed me more time to digest my food and I feel like I have a far better sense and control on how hungry I am.
Gym has always been a form of therapy for me as I have knack of overthinking things and getting super stressed at work. Having a set program has been nice because it’s meant I can literally go to the gym and know what I’m doing and just concentrate on switching off from the world and just concentrating on weights.”
