How Rachel Lost Inches From Her Waist In As Little As 6 Months... even as a broadway actor with a family 👇🏼
Rachel came to me really unhappy about how she felt within her own skin.
She had recently moved to New York to open up a new show and just felt self-care was at an all time low.
Rachel wasn't:
- Eating well
- Had no consistent exercise routine
- Feeling at all confident about how she looked
Rachel knew she had to do something before things got even worse.
Her goals were to:
- Tone up her arms + thighs to see definition
- Become leaner around her tummy + waist
- Become confident enough to wear a bikini for summer
... and do the above sustainably whilst working full time with a family.
My approach for Rachel was simple.
It was to make things SUPER easy for Rachel.
My goal was to make Rachel feel good about herself WITHOUT asking her to dedicate a huge amount of more time or energy out of her day.
How many times have YOU tried to carve out extra time out of your day thinking you should, for example, go to the gym, track calories, walk 10k steps or prep meals?
Probably a fair few.
And how many times have you failed?
Probably a fair few.
Rachel was the same.
She had never lasted on a 'fitness program' for more than 2 months.
Why?
Because she always expected too much from herself.
She thought she had to somehow create and find all this extra time in the day to 'go to the gym', for example.
For Rachel, going to the gym was just too much.
It was too much to stay consistent.
So, I made things super easy for Rachel.
I programmed her to start with 2 x 15min home workouts.
And guess what...
She completed these workouts every single week.
Why?
Because in her head they were so easy to complete.
She could complete a workout in 15 minutes at home which gave her so much more time to spend with her family.
We took this approach throughout Rachel's coaching journey.
And she has seen some INSANE results.
The confidence she shows in the bikini picture is just unreal.
