How It Works

Onboarding

Upon sign up, you will be sent three onboarding emails with multiple tasks for you to complete to ensure you’re set up correctly.

One of the tasks includes filling out a comprehensive form to give us an insight into your background and to help us understand your goals, lifestyle and preferences.

Once all this is complete, you will be invited to create your very own profile on our coaching app. Alongside this, you will book in for your first Check-in Call with your coach to discuss any initial questions you may have.

Phase 1

On your first Check-in Call, you and your coach will discuss what is the priority for you to get started on first, for example, whether it’s getting started on exercise, improving nutrition or daily movement.

You will also be guided through our 5-day Habit Program. This program is a great way to introduce you to the habit method we teach to help you build long-lasting and successful habits.

We do not want to overwhelm you by expecting you to implement everything we advise all at once. We believe in incremental changes over time for sustainable results.

Phase 2

Once you and your coach are happy with the initial start you have made, you will gradually start working on more areas of your life that will fast-track you towards your end goal.

One aspect of our coaching that allows us to do this is our Habit Builder Sessions. Every month you will have a private 1-hour Zoom Habit Builder session with your coach. This is a great opportunity for you to work on building manageable habits that will keep you progressing in the right direction.

Phase 3 & Beyond

Now all systems are in place, you will take it week by week to execute your weekly goals to fast-track you closer to your ultimate goal.
