A couple years ago I took myself through a little lean up phase pre-holiday.
I did nothing special.
I performed the methods I give all my fat loss clients:
- Time-restricted eating
- High activity levels daily
- Emphasis on good sleep quality
- Progressive overload with training
- Adequate protein, high veg + moderate carbs and fats
- BIG emphasise on creating consistent habits
I am no different from you reading this post.
As long as you’re set up for success, rather than failure, then results WILL happen.
