Hear What Kofi Had To Say About His Experience With TLifestyle

 

Kofi came to me wanting to achieve an athletic looking physique.

He wasn’t interested in trying to get absolutely jacked, nor did he want to be shredded.

He was just after a lean and well-defined looking physique that he could feel confident in.

However, the biggest issue Kofi had was time.

He knew exactly what he wanted to achieve, but just simply didn't have "enough hours in the day" to get there.

Kofi thought the only way to get to where he wanted was to spend many hours in the gym, weighing out food and tracking calories.

I soon told Kofi this wasn't the case at all.

For Kofi, these methods were completely unachievable.

So, taking into account his existing lifestyle and routines, we decided calorie counting via myfitnesspal wasn’t the route to go down for his nutrition.

We were only interested in methods that were sustainable for his lifestyle AND that produced results.

So, therefore I got Kofi to control his calorie intake via the size of his hands!

I set him a:

🥩 protein target by using the size of his palm

🥦 veg target by using the size of his fist

🥔 carb target by using his hand as a cup

🥜 fat target by using the size of his thumb

As your hands are with you 24/7, this eliminates having to have food scales nearby to weigh your food and your phone open to do the tedious scanning and logging...

... therefore, saving Kofi A LOT of time.

Kofi was able to control he portion sizes and macronutrients wherever he went, which was a complete game changer for him.

Kofi could also enjoy having a pizza, for example, at the weekend without having to stress about how many calories are in his pizza.

For training, I only set him 3 workouts a week that lasted no longer than 40 minutes.

His mindset before was thinking that you needed to go 5+ times a week with the sessions needing to last 60 minutes!

Kofi quickly learnt that it's quality rather than quantity when it comes to training.
