I trained hard but wasn’t giving my body the care it needed to recover and build muscle. I found myself mentally drained and consistently tired. Since working with Toby, I’ve put on 6kg of good weight over a 6 month period and I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. I feel healthier and in better shape physically and mentally.
